The Decovo websites, mobile applications, software and widgets (the "Services") are operated by Decovo Inc. Decovo is committed to respecting and protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") is designed to help you understand how Decovo collects, uses and safeguards the information you provide and to assist you in making informed decisions when using the Services. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, do not use the Services or give Decovo any of your information. The terms "Decovo," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Decovo Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates. The terms "you," "your," and "yours" refer to the user/customer utilizing the Services. This Privacy Policy is governed by our Terms of Use. By accepting our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, you consent to our collection, storage, use and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.

The Services are not intended for or directed to persons under the age of 13, and Decovo will not knowingly collect information from such persons. Any person who provides information to Decovo through registration or in any other manner on the Services represents to Decovo that they are 13 years of age or older. If Decovo learns that a child under 13 has submitted personal information to us, Decovo will attempt to delete the information as soon as possible.

COLLECTION OF INFORMATION

Decovo collects information about you through the Services in an effort to improve your experience and to communicate with you about the Services. As described in this Privacy Policy, Decovo may share your information internally, and under certain circumstances, with third parties that provide services on Decovo's behalf or with whom Decovo has partnered to offer a particular service.

Decovo collects Personally Identifiable Information from you when you register for the Services, including the following: name and email address."Personally Identifiable Information" means any information which can be used to identify an individual, and may include, but is not limited to, name, email address, or postal or other physical address. To participate in certain activities and to obtain certain services offered on the Services, you may be asked to provide additional Personally Identifiable Information such as phone number, billing address and credit card information. Decovo endeavors to limit requests for Personally Identifiable Information to information Decovo believes is reasonably necessary to achieve Decovo's purposes as described in the "Information Use" section below. Any Personally Identifiable Information received in communication or in material you transmit to the Services by electronic mail or otherwise are and will be treated in accordance with this Privacy Policy. When you visit the Services, Decovo also collects non-personally identifiable information, which is information that by itself cannot be used to identify or contact you, such as demographic information (such as age or gender) or usage information (such as the browser you are using, the URL that referred you to the Services and the areas of the Services you visit). Decovo may also supplement this information with information from other sources to assist Decovo in evaluating and improving the Services and offerings.

If you register as a Retail Partner on the Services, you will provide further Personal Information as required by our payment processing partners. Sensitive Personal Information requested in the course of the Retail Partner registration process may include an applicant's Social Security Number, Date of Birth and Bank Details ("Sensitive Personal Information"). Sensitive Personal Information is not collected or stored by Decovo's systems, servers or otherwise and are passed over to Decovo's payment processing partners directly by way of a secure encrypted connection.

As part of the Services, Decovo may provide links to or compatibility with other websites or applications. However, Decovo is not responsible for the privacy practices employed by those websites or the information or content they contain. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by Decovo through the Services. Therefore, this Privacy Policy does not apply to your use of a third party website accessed by selecting a link on our or via Decovo's Services. Before visiting another website and before providing any information to the party that operates or advertises on that third party website, you should review the privacy policy and practices of that website to determine how information that they collect from you will be handled.

INFORMATION USE

Decovo uses Personally Identifiable Information for several general purposes:

  • to fulfill your purchase requests,
  • to process your payments including credit checks and collection,
  • to provide you with the Services, information, and news,
  • to support the Services offered on or through Decovo,
  • to contact you for feedback about the Services,
  • to conduct research about the customer base or Services,
  • to notify you of technical updates or changes in policy, or
  • to contact you for Decovo's own marketing and promotional purposes, or
  • to process contests, sweepstakes, or other promotions and fulfill any related awards or discounts.

Decovo may use non-Personally Identifiable Information such as demographic data to analyze and develop Decovo's marketing strategy and further improve the Services.

INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE

Decovo will not sell or rent your Personally Identifiable Information to third parties except as described in this Privacy Policy. Decovo may disclose your Personally Identifiable Information to other companies or people under any of the following circumstances:

  • to the applicable retail partner(s) for products that you purchase through the Services, so Decovo's partners can contact you regarding your purchase and send you other communication that may be of interest, for example, special offers (you may opt-out of marketing communications directly with the applicable partner).
  • if sharing the information is reasonably necessary to provide or otherwise make available the Services and any feature of the Services that you have requested.
  • to keep you up to date on the latest product announcements, software updates, special offers, or other information Decovo thinks you would like to hear about either from Decovo or from Decovo's partners (unless you have opted out of these types of communications). (Note that you will not be able to opt-out of service announcements that contain important information relevant to your use of the Services and are not promotional in nature.)
  • if Decovo believes in good faith that Decovo is required to do so by law, in connection with litigation, to prevent a crime, or to protect personal property, the public, or the Services.
  • in connection with a sale or merger with another entity, consolidation, restructuring, sale of company assets, financing or other corporate change, including during the course of any due diligence process or if Decovo should ever file for bankruptcy or related proceeding.

Decovo may also share non-Personally Identifiable Information with third parties (e.g. aggregate or demographic data). This Privacy Policy does not limit in any way Decovo's use or disclosure of Non-Personal Information and Decovo reserves the right to use and disclose such Non-Personal Information to Decovo's partners, advertisers and other third parties at Decovo's discretion.

YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING THE USE OF YOUR INFORMATION

Decovo will give you the opportunity to "opt out" of receiving direct marketing or market research information. This means Decovo assumes you have given your consent to collect and use your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy unless you take affirmative action to indicate that you do not consent, for instance by contacting us at [email protected]

HOW DECOVO PROTECTS INFORMATION

Decovo is committed to protecting Personally Identifiable Information from loss, misuse, disclosure, alteration, unauthorized access, and destruction. Decovo takes reasonable precautions to safeguard the confidentiality of Personally Identifiable Information. Decovo protects the security of your Personally Identifiable Information during transmission to Decovo by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts the information you input. However, these measures do not guarantee that your information will not be accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed by breach of such encryption and secure server software. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to assume these risks.

THIRD PARTY SITES

The Services may contain links to or compatibility with other websites or applications. Decovo is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. Decovo encourages users to be aware when leaving the Services to read the privacy statements of each site that collects Personally Identifiable Information.

INFORMATION COLLECTED VIA TECHNOLOGY

Decovo uses cookies and other similar technologies (such as actions tags, also known as beacons, or pixels tags) for a number of purposes including to remember preferences, track conversions, conduct marketing and promotional efforts, analyze site traffic and trends, and generally understand the online behaviors and interests of people who interact with the Services.

Decovo uses third-party advertising companies to serve advertisements on Decovo's behalf or to provide advertising-related services. These companies may use a cookie or an action tag, to tailor the advertisements you see on the Services and other sites, to track your response to their advertisement, to determine whether advertising has been served and to measure the effectiveness of their advertising or to award incentives or points to their members who respond to their advertisements. The cookies, action tags or similar files do not contain any Personal Information.

In an effort to improve the quality of the Services, Decovo's servers automatically record information ("Log Data"), which may include your Internet Protocol address, the address of the web pages you visited that had certain Services features, browser type and settings, the date and time of your request, how you used the Services, and cookie data. Depending on how you access the Services, Decovo may track information using cookies, or small text files which include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to a user’s browser from Decovo's servers and are stored on the user’s computer hard drive. Sending a cookie to a user’s browser enables Decovo to collect Non-Personal information about that user and keep a record of the user’s preferences when utilizing the Services, both on an individual and aggregate basis. "Do Not Track" or DNT is a feature enabled on some browsers that sends a signal to request that a web application disable its tracking or cross-site user tracking. At present, the Services do not respond to or alter its practices when a DNT signal is received.

SOCIAL MEDIA FEATURES AND WIDGETS

Decovo's Services may integrate with social sharing features or other related tools which let you share actions you take on the Services with other apps, sites or media, and vice versa. These features may enable the sharing of information with your friends or the public, depending on the settings you establish with the social sharing service. These features may also collect your IP address and which page you are visiting on the Services, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Your interaction with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the relevant platform. Please refer to the privacy policies of those social sharing services for more information.

PUBLIC POSTS

The Services may allow you to post or share content to a public area of the Services such as a public profile, group, community or other public area. You should be aware that any content or information you choose to disclose in these areas can be read, collected and used by other users, the general public and other sites (including search engines). Decovo is not responsible for, and this Privacy Policy does not apply to, information you may choose to post in these areas.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. Decovo may occasionally update this Privacy Policy. The date of the most recent update of this document will always be displayed at the beginning of this page. If Decovo changes the Privacy Policy, Decovo will post a notice on decovo.com. If Decovo decides to use Personally Identifiable Information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, Decovo will notify users via email (if an email address has been provided) or display a notice on decovo.com.
